How do I know which part fits my car?

We have mentioned make, model, year, part number and other details to make sure you chose the correct part.

Please always try to match the part numbers. If you buy a different part number it might not fully operate. 

What to do if I ordered a wrong part?

You can write an email to us at info@247carspares.com. We will provide you with a shipping address where you can return the part to us and we will dispatch the correct part. In such case, buyer pays for shipping the part back to us.

How long it takes to ship a part?

We ship your order the next business day. The courier service may take 2 to 4 business days to deliver depending on the  destination address. 

How much is charged for shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping orders within the United States. To fulfil orders from other countries we charge $20.

Do you offer warranty for the sold parts?

As a standard rule, we accept returns for up to 30 days after an order is delivered. Unless clearly mentioned in the description of a product, we do not offer extended warranty. The good news is that if an OEM part works well after its installation, it is expected to work for a longer period of time. The 30-days period is a sufficient trial time to know how a part behaves after installation.

Do I have to pay for Customs and import duties in my country?

If you are buying from outside the United States, you may have to pay for customs and other duties. It is responsibility of the buyer to check for import duties in his/her country before placing the order. If a buyer refuses to pay import duties in the destination country and the shipment is returned to us, we will deduct two-way shipping charges from the paid amount at the time of refund.

I do not find my country in the list at check out.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to all countries. If you do not find your country name in the list at check out, please send us an email identifying the part you want to purchase and your complete address. In case, we are able to ship to your address, we will send a PayPal invoice to your email. After the invoice is paid, we will ship your order the next day.

In what circumstances you do not accept returns?

We do not accept to refund a product if the warranty seal is broken, removed or tampered with. Please note the warranty label will not break in any circumstances unless the part is opened.

I ordered a part but its faulty or damaged on receipt?

Please check the Terms and Conditions (T & C) on our website for exchange or a refund.

I have received your email about the refunded amount but I still do not see the amount credited to my balance.

If you have paid with your PayPal account, the refund process is instant - we refund and you get the amount instantly. If you used a debit or credit card for the purchase, your bank or credit card company may take few business days to process and post the refund to your account.
